I personally found something that worked for me to slightly improve the FOV in the game, I have a widescreen monitor but instead turned the aspec ratio in the options to 4:3 and it seemed to somehow improve my game making it easier for me to aim. However when testing these I found them to not work, now I might be doing something wrong but I'm now turning to players within this community to try to get together and share our knowledge and post some working tweaks !
